Eric Nürnberger is actually coming from the IT industry – but is always open for new ideas and new business fields! After having participated an indoor aquaculture course he got involved into the breeding of the delicious and sensitive pike-perch. After his first success in his own garage, he bought a former conversion area and converted it to “Fischmaster”. The conservation of resources is a matter of heart to him and where possible he optimizes production processes.
The various problems he was facing with this new and complex field of pike-perch reproduction were steadily solved creatively. For him the Food & Energy Campus is a logical consequence of his efforts to provide fresh and regionally produced tasty fish.
